TERMS OF USE:
1. We can only rent vehicle to Renters who are a minimum 22 years of age and have 3 years of driving experiences.
2. In the case of the loss of the keys and alarm device,the Renter is obliged to pay the sum of 1000 Euro.
3. Damage to the tyres,loss of equipment,tools and documents shall be charged to the Renter.
4. Insurance does not cover tires and windscreen.
5. Use of the vehicle is paid in advance.
6. The above prices are in Euros per day (24 hours). Unlimited mileage and taxes are included.
7. Fuel is not calculated in the price and the Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when he collected the vehicle.
Additional costs:
- Services of rental with a driver: + 30 Euro per day.
- Deliveries and collections outside city limits of Podgorica and Budva: + 20 Euro
- Baby seat: + 5 Euro per day
Use of the vehicle outside of the borders of Montenegro is not allowed without prior authorisation of EFEL Rent-A-Car.
