HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

List of vacation rental properties in our lodging database on Montenegro - rooms, apartments, villas, houses, hotels - is shown in this section. All vacation rental objects rate as 1-5-star. For hotels, the category given by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Montenegro is shown. For the private sector there is special scale of categories from 1 to 4 "stars" with quite different criterion of estimation. In our opinion, this scale is rather far from reality. That's why we give "our own" categories to the objects of the private sector.

Each villa (house, cottage, hotel) has its digital code, name, location and capacity. You can find each villa on booking system home page - by using search criterion or "Quick search by code". Each villa is shown at your own page with its detail description and photos.

If the whole villa can be booked, page with its description includes rental price. If only separate premises (rooms or apartments) can be booked, corresponding links are available. By clicking the name of room or apartment you can see its description, photos and prices.
Room and apartment prices are for the whole object, regardless of number of persons accommodated. Hotel price are, as a rule, per person per night.

You can see a booking form under the price-list. You can use it just as a calculator - simply enter check-in and check-out dates (fields "From", "Till"), and price for this period will appear above the booking form. This price includes VAT, and additional fee for shot-time booking (if applicable). If the price includes traveler fee, it will be mentioned in comments for each specified object. For accommodation in hotel, prices can be given as separate table (in depend on accommodation type) and not be determined with a calculator. Please, specify total amount at manager.

If you'd like to book private house, room or apartment, complete the booking form and click button "Send". If you wish to book accommodation in hotel, please write details in the field "Your message". If you wish to book several similar objects (e.g. two similar apartments), also mention it in your message. For booking of several different objects, fill in the booking form once again.

Our manager will contact you by e-mail (or any other way you pointed out) no longer than the day after sending the booking form. If object, that you chose is available for the dates you specified, you will receive instructions on payment procedure. If the object is not available, our manager offers you alternative accommodation.
